Hello, I’m the Heather behind Invites by Heather! A small stationery studio based in Guildford, Surrey.

With over 15 years design experience behind me, you will be in safe hands choosing me to create your wedding stationery. My background is that of a Graphic Designer, working both in-house and freelance for companies such as CitySprint, Gett, Hibob, ContentCal, I’ve also been so proud to support charities including SUDC and Alexander Devine with design projects, and my Christmas letter campaigns that I run each year.

Alongside running this beautiful business of mine, I take on some freelance design work too, creating event stationery and paper goods, most commonly for fellow small businesses, something I’m always happy to do!

I set this business up when my eldest was only 9 months old and going back to the 9-5 just wasn’t going to work for us a family. It was slightly bonkers looking back, starting a business with a small baby, but he was 100% the inspiration and driving force behind it all. Our daughter then joined the gang in 2020, and being able to work around them both and grow the business alongside raising two little crazy kiddos is something I’m eternally grateful for and so privileged to be able to do.

My passion is creating beautiful stationery, each suite is made lovingly in my home studio, individual to you as a couple. It is such a wonderful feeling knowing the little touches I’ve made as a designer, will help make your day even more special. It is an honour to create that initial piece of excitement as it lands on your guests’ doormat, right through to those final touches on the big day.
